Each Tofu Mold has three pieces: the base, the press, and the lid, which also serves as a functional bowl.
These ceramic pieces are unique among tofu molds in that their lifespan is measured in decades rather than years — ceramics last indefinitely, versus plastic that degrades, wood that molds, and stainless steel that rusts.
